The pool was nice, and the view from the balcony was pretty. Most of the staff was friendly but the main staff member was condescending. I’ve traveled a lot in Europe, and my stay here was the first time I felt disrespected and looked down upon.

This is a perfectly acceptable place to stay for a night. The town is limited so don't expect a thriving night life. The staff was exceptional, extremely helpful.

From the 70's- needs an update
the place is in dire need of an upgrade. The place good do with a lick of paint and the furniture is from 40-50 years ago!!

A bit of Australia in Italy.
Large hotel in spa country. Clean comfortable rooms with balconies. Nice views of surrounding farm country and hills. Breakfast was plentiful. I was the only guest in a 48 room hotel as it was May and the summer season had not started yet.

Great place to stay when visiting the Parma region
We received a very warm welcome and had a very enjoyable stay. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean with good views of the surrounding hills. Breakfast was a good continental with croissant rolls ham cheese jam yogurt cereal and tea and coffee. Dinner was excellent 4 courses which starts st 07:30 pm. Wine is reasonably priced and cost of dinner was 18 Euros pppn. Excellent value stay.

Overnight in Parma
We had an overnight stay here - unfortunately owing to traffic and getting thru gothardo tunnel we arrived very late that night we phoned to say we were on our way and the reception even offered to stay until we arrived. The hotel was family run and had a really nice feel. We would definitely stay there again. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent.

Family Hotel Boomerang we'll be back!
We used this delightful hotel as a stop over on our journey north after a stay in Rome. We discovered that the area is famous for the production of Parmesan Cheese, Parma Ham and it's Thermal Spas. Hotel Boomerang is set on the edge of town, our room had views of open fields (and the swimming pool) from the balcony and we were made very welcome by the charming lady owner and her sons. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. This hotel is full of character, not the most up to date fixtures, but all well maintained and very comfortable. Our room did not have air conditioning (some do) but the fan swiftly supplied when we asked kept us cool and comfortable during the night. Dinner served in the dining room was authentic Italian fare, simple, delicious traditional and very nicely presented. A relaxing drink and coffee on the terrace after dinner made for a very pleasant end to the day. We will be returning to the area to explore more next year. There are castles, musical heritage (Verdi lived in the area) and for us the draw would be Hotel Boomerang. This is a family run Hotel, much loved by the owner and her sons and that showed in the way that they looked after their guests. ,

Une belle région vallonnée. L’hôtel est ancien mais propre. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Ils essayent de parler français et de comprendre. Le restaurant est très bon et pas cher. On y mange très bien. La piscine est rafraîchissante après une balade. Je recommande

Het hotel is zeer gedateerd en de gemeenschappelijke ruimten zijn onfris. De kamer en badkamer zijn wel schoon. Er is airco in de kamer. Er is een fijn zwembad. Het hotel ligt 10 auto minuten van het gezellige stadje waar je lekker kunt eten. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Ein in die Jahre gekommene Hotel mit viel Charme
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Service ist kaum zu tippen. Für den Swimmingpool bekommt man hoteleigene Handtücher. Beim Essen wird jederzeit auf Allergien eingegangen und auch wenn man sich kurzfristig zum Abendessen entscheidet ist dies kein Problem und man kann mitessen. Hier kocht der Chef noch selbst. Die Massagedüsen im Swimmingpool sind unschlagbar nach einem langen Erkundungstag rund um Palma.

La tranquillità (e i prezzi) del fuori staione
Abbiamo dormito una notte in una Tabiano fuori stagione e perciò piuttosto deserta. L'albergo è "anni '60" ma buono, pulito e ben tenuto, con camera e bagno ampi, anche se un po' lontano dal "centro". Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è elevato, calcolando che il parcheggio e la colazione (nella media) erano compresi nel prezzo e che la nostra cagnolina ha soggiornato gratis.

Bra hotell för över nattning
Mysigt och prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal och hemlagad middag . Bil är ett måste. Fin liten pool . Bra för en natt på resande fot.

Ville ikke booke det igen. Sengene var virkelig dårlig - kunne lige så godt have sovet på gulvet. Morgenmaden var heller ikke i top. Hotellet Ligner mest af alt noget der har fået lov og stå siden 70’erne - gammelt og slidt. Tjekkede ud en dag før.

Ordine , cortesia e posti meravigliosi
L'albero è un po'datato ma è pulito e ordinato sia nelle stanze che negli spazi comuni .la colazione è a buffet con croissant , succo , yogurt , frutta , parecchie torte e biscotti , pane , marmellata , burro , miele , pane e prosciutto cotto e formaggio per ciò che riguarda la parte salata .Il personale è veramente gentile , molto disponibile a fornire informazioni sui dintorni che siamo riuscite a visitare il secondo giorno e che sono ricchi di borghi medioevali molto belli .

Piscina muito limpa e cidade boa para repousar.
Cidade é muito interessante para descansar, estava de passagem e fiquei uma noite, curtindo de manhã a piscina que estava muito limpa. Hotel está parado no tempo, administração familiar que se esforça para atender bem e ser gentil, café da manhã bem fraco e sem reposição de alguns itens.

Ei missään tapauksessa 3.8/5 arvoinen hotelli! Otimme vielä superior-huoneen, mutta ei vastannut superior -huoneen tasoa millään tapaa. Huoneemme oli saapuessamme likaisessa kunnossa. Huoneessa oli outo haju, lattiat olivat likaiset, wc:ssä muovinen ja likainen hammasmuki, jota ei voinut ajatellakaan käyttävänsä. Lisäksi huoneen jääkaappi ei ollut kiinni pistorasiassa eikä kylmennyt koko majoittumisemme aikana. Onneksi hotellin henkilökunta otti kinkkumme ja juustomme jääkaappisäilytykseen. Hotellin käytävillä oli kokolattiamatot, hämähäkinseittejä joka puolella. Maximissaan yhden yön majoittumista voi suositella, jos sitäkään. Maisema huoneesta oli kiva, mutta parvekkeella ei voinut istua, koska tuolit olivat tomuiset. Uima-allas oli onneksemme kiva.

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit Charm für Kurz-Trips
Das Hotel Istform Ausflüge in der Gegend bestens geeignet. Ein kleiner Shopping-Trip ein Besuch in der Käserei ist alles gemütlich in 45 min erreichbar. Wie jedes Jahr wird man herzlichst vom Chef begrüßt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zum entspannen mit Swimmingpool und Massagedüsen ist das saubere aber etwas in die Jahr gekommene Hotel jederzeit zu empfehlen. Auch das Abendessen ist es jederzeit wert dazugekommen zu werden. Es ist sehr gut und reichlich und muss nicht mit dem Auto Abendsnoch weg. Wenn man öfters kommt fühlt manisch fast wie zu Hause. Mein nächster Trip nach Parma wird wieder hier beginnen.
