. Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast with plenty choice. Pool atea nice & clean, with roof top pool too. Drinks were reasonably priced. Entertainment was good most nights. Good location to restaurants & bars.

Port Aventura short break

Friendly staff, lovely large comfortable lounge area. Came for a few days to visit Port Aventura, a 15/20 min walk to park. Rooms basic, but clean, bed good if you like a firm mattress, my husband does, terrible if you don’t, I don’t!

Good location, hotel needs updating

Good stay and very good location. The rooms are very small and the entire hotel could do with an update as some areas are very tired/run down (for example one of the toilets for the ladies in reception doesn’t have a toilet seat - a basic requirement for a 4* hotel I think)! The rooftop swimming pool is really nice and the evening entertainment is very good too. Overall a good stay, I would probably try other properties if I were to go back as for the price and hotel rating, it was average.

Decent hotel, great staff and pleasant stay - no real problems, but we did find the rooms to be small and without much comfort. Fine if you do not plan to spend too much time in your room.

The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and the balcony spacious with a great view of the pool. The restaurant was impeccable with an excellent choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar service was very good but not many staff to take order and bring drinks. The payment system for drinks and other items was poor. Cash or card payment had to be pre-loaded onto a band which also worked as a key card for the room. We would prefer to give card details then settle bill at the end. €10 deposit per towel had to be given. This is understandable but the system was awkward. Go to reception and pay €10 for a ticket then take ticket to towel man. Exchange towel for ticket to return to reception. Poor system.

Was a Lovely hotel for a family holiday

Great family holiday, we had full board and all of the meals were fantastic, the choice and quality of food was perfect. The quadruple room is very large and easily accommodated our family of 4. Beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioned room ensured a good night's sleep. The pool area is really nice and very well maintained and the pool itself is just the right size. Daily and nightly entertainment were generally very good. It appears that the hotel is to become adult-only next year which is a shame as it means we can't return as a family.

Lovely hotel but food has gone downhill

Amazing hotel have stayed here before but since it has gone adult only the food has gone downhill , options have halved and there are only so may ways you can use rice and call each dish tapas?? Vegetables are boiled to mush, so is anything potato based , pork and fish plenty but all similar flavours , stayed 7 nights
