Luxurious, Relaxing & Authentic Nature Stay!
We were warmly greeted by the owner, Philippa who was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Since the lodge is located right at the trekking sites of the national park, we were able to save time and see most of the view points and come across really nice swimming holes. Such a pleasant and relaxing stay - definitely one of the best nature-stay experience. Room was very tidy and cozy - the spa bath is the best to relax your tired feet after hours of trekking. Will definitely come back next time!

A mixed bag.
Beautiful setting but Resort felt a bit tired and needed some attention: fridge milk was off, some lights didn't work etc. Small stuff maybe, and was attended to, but not a good start to a stay. Otherwise a nicely set up place. Service was friendly but a bit casual re issues. Did go out of their way for us re onward travel etc. and were very informative about local environment. Some nice touches with outdoor fire, spa bath etc.

Upgraded to an apartment. Fantastic accommodation. Confusion about whether our rate included breakfast. So glad I printed the booking before we went - we got breakfast. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was it had a restaurant; however, that is rarely ever open.

Thank you we have taken your comments on board and appreciate feed back. We do try to make eating here clear but will endeavour to try harder. It is a remote location.

Great spot at the edge of Barrington tops
Great hotel with very friendly owners. The rooms are very clean and contain what you need. Great for a weekend away from the city near the beginning of Barrington Tops (hence great for hiking!) Tip is to use the BBQ for dinner at night!

Excellent experience
We enjoyed our stay. Next to wildness. Kid was excited to see turkey in the bush. There was a blackout due to storm which added a bit adventure. Owners are very nice. It would be better if fly screen could be installed to prevent mosquitoes.

Hotel in Salisbury
Helpful owner regarding walks and great surroundings. Room was a deluxe spa double but was tired and unclean. Wasnt any dividing area between the toilet and the bed. Paid for a breakfast basket which didn't arrive in the morning so left hungry.

So sorry you were disappointed, we do put every effort into cleaning and the breakfast basket - we would not have intentional overlooked this - you should have told us and the toilet is in another area from the bed - the novelty of the room is the spa.

Schönes Erlebnis mitten in der Natur zudem auch für 4WD Fans optimal da der Nationalpark gleich nebenan liegt. Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein wunderbar verspielte Hündin die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue zum Lachen gebracht hat.
