"Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. "Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. "

"Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother...
