"We enjoyed our time! Take advantage of the free wine. You get two glasses per guest every night. We didn't know it was for each night! Lol I wished the sauna and cold plunge were free. It was a bit pricey, we loved that it was a dog friendly hotel. Enjoy the amenities, the beautiful view and beach access. We will return again for sure."

"Very convenient. Nice breakfast. Parking good. Ours was covered and close to car. Affordable for Carmel. We did not need it, but did notice there was no A/C in our room. It never got above the high 60s at the beginning of May. Not sure how the summer would be though. Would definitely definitely return, if not hot. There was a market/Deli right next to the hotel which was extremely convenient for quick meals or snacks and drinks."

"I’ve stayed at this location multiple times over the past decade, and unfortunately, the decline in maintenance is very noticeable. During my most recent stay in what was advertised as a “Premium Fireplace Suite,” several issues stood out. There was no hot water from the sink, which is a basic expectation. The drapes were torn off the rods in both the bedroom and living room. The fireplace—one of the key features of the suite—did not work. On the second night, there was no WiFi available at all. The carpeting throughout the suite was not only worn but ripped and visibly unclean—to the point where my feet literally stuck to the floor. Additionally, the closet door was completely missing, leaving only the hinges behind. Overall, the condition of the room fell far below what would be expected, especially for a premium suite. It’s disappointing to see a property I’ve returned to for years no longer being properly maintained."

"Typically love staying here. Our room was directly above a karaoke bar and we got very little sleep. "

"It's a motel 6 so what can you really expect. Room was clean. No, toiletries were provided besides a tiny bar of soap and toilet paper you could see through. Paper thin walls. No mini fridge. Overall I got my moneys worth. Location is nice right off the freeway and right next to a 7/11 and Walmart. My only problem is my motel card/key took 10-15 tries on the door before it would open each time. This was after 2 office trips to recode them. If you can get this at under $125/night its worth it in my opinion."

"The Fireplace added charm to the visit. The Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The dining was top-notch. Especially appreciated the breakfast offerings served by gracious and responsive staff."
