"Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!"

Pool area has a lovely atmosphere with grape vines above sun beds with ample opportunity to move into full sun if that is what you want. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly."

"We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy. The food at the restaurant was also great. We tried the bike tour, a cooking class, and a wine tasting, and we would easily recommend all of them but especially the wine tasting. "The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious, spotless, and recently renovated. The location is convenient, and the pool is very nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely limited, I’ve honestly never seen such a poor breakfast selection at a hotel of this level. The hotel also seems understaffed. From 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., there is absolutely no food or beverage service available, no lunch, no bar, nothing. There is a rooftop bar, but it only operates from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.,...
