"Our stay was wonderful. We had a long day driving and arrived hungry. Eleanora made it happen - we had lunch served outside in the beautiful garden. Katia our server couldn’t have been more professional, yet personable. Sara, at reception was so lovely. She arranged for a driver to get us directly to a previously arranged appointment. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for the wonderful staff, but also for the uniqueness of it’s surroundings."

Alessandra was very helpful in organising a parking place and getting us a pass to stop on the street nearby to unload the car. "The place is located close/walking distance to the city center. We have to call the proprietor as this not a hotel, we were asked to pick up our keys at the caffe (where we had our Italian breakfast- delicious pastry and coffee too). The room was on 3rd floor, elevator is working well. The building is clean and safe. The only thing we have to say was the bathroom door doesn't close (looks like door was smaller??). Our hostess was very helpful and pleasant. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the food which really is 5 stars for an inclusive. The staff are a little money hungry and react negatively when asking for a glass with ice. They are also a little intense about the swimming pool rules!! We were asked to wear caps for an outside pool! Wifi sucks and room facilities to make our own drinks and air con broken. Apart from that the main staff were lovely and being so close the beach and amazing food. Its good,but with a few small improvements it...
