"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Lovely hotel and very clean but the info isn’t very accurate on Expedia site. It said there would be a minibar in the room as well as robes which it didn’t have. It stated 1 king bed and 1 double bed for the 4 of us but it was 1 bed and a sofa bed which pulled out to 2 singles. I think maybe this is an error on the expedias side though. The sofa beds didn’t have sheets we did have to ask for them from reception but they were very accommodating and made the beds up for us before we returned from...

"They made a mistake with my booking, was downgraded, promised a measley 15% refund, never got it, the room was small, run down, rusty faucets, and not too clean. The bar closed at 9 pm on a Saturday night, the food at the restaurant was pricey, soggy and salty. Never again."
