"The room was super clean, bed & pillow nice and comfy. Can't fault much at all. Staff friendly and helpful (aside from 1 snooty evening barman, just because I enquired about any gluten free options for a mate). A stone trow away from Piccadilly train station, clean & enjoyable stay. "

"The room and surroundings were beautiful. We had a few drinks in the bar staff were very pleasant, listened to some great funky music with the saxophone guy roaming the floor. A special mention to Tom on reception who we checked in with, he was so welcoming, friendly and he gave us a room with a great view of our city and I loved the free standing bath! Thank you Tom we would’ve liked to have thanked in person the next day! Siobhan👍 x"

"Excellent room and hotel ambience and will catch your eye. Staff and service is excellent. Parking is an issue in the city centre but can sort as parking lot right next to the hotel of willing to pay £27 a day. Will visit again as my family is mesmerised by it."
