Beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed the included breakfast. The room was very pretty and well designed. It was a little noisy from the street at night but otherwise no complaints

Nice, new small hotel with a view
I stood in this place for only one night. It's very beautiful, a new hotel in a beautiful small humble town, surrounded by nature. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms does not have AC but I kept balcony door open a bit and the room was very cool all night. It has only 2 floors, and staff helped me with luggage, since this is a boutique hotel, it doesn't has elevators. I definitely felt safe and taken cared of. I highly recommend this place.

Please fix the bathroom and sink. The tank wasn’t working properly. Mosquitos inside the room. Not enough compartments where to hang / organize / hold your clothes… It’s so annoying when the hotel isn’t well prepare for your arrival. You feel like what’s going on..

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff was hostile and appeared they did not like foreigners. Receptionist was rude and not welcoming. Administrator was conflicting and made me feel uncomfortable in front of my family members. Please beware and I recommend looking into another hotel I was fooled by the nice pictures. The breakfast is not in the hotel! You have to walk a block away.

The Hotel Panorama Salento is characterized by the good treatment towards our clients, national and / or foreigners and as proof of this are the qualifications to the hotel and our staff.

This a modern facility with lovely gardens and outside areas. It is very private and the beds are very comfortable. Currently you have to go to another hotel for breakfast which is not a problem.

Just okay
I would say the place it's just okay. Not close to the center of town. This may be an issue if you want to walk at night or quickly access transportation. The no-refund policy doesn't make it attractive.

Excellent boutique hotel with very friendly front desk staff. Room and bathroom very clean. Unfortunately they had a very loud and rude group while we were there, is not the hotel fault but I mentioned this just in case that group of people give them a bad review. I highly recommend this hotel!

New hotel that still needs to work out some kinks. One evening we didn't have hot water, the rest we did so felt like a hit and miss. Good breakfast served at another B&B down the road. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours but overall a decent stay as location is off the main plaza.

Perfect relaxation after exploring
We only stayed for one night but it was the perfect haven after a big hike. The bathroom and bedroom were lovely. Only room for improvement would be different pillows or an option! We had checked out and had a second day in solento and then were moving on to our next destination. The hotel was kind enough to keep our bags, and allow us to have a shower in thr afteernoon (shampoo and towels included) after a muddy bike ride all for free. Excellent service

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The one main issue was that the walls to the street were very thin and the noise was loud being right next to the street.

Gracias por dejar su comentario. Al realizar la reserva la política de cancelación que ustedes eligieron fue NO REEMBOLSABLE, al no presentarse para hacer check in, automáticamente se genera un NO SHOW, y se debe cobrar la reserva.

Este hotel es muy lindo para pasar unos días en pareja. Las cabañas son muy amplias y tienen una linda vista al valle, cuentan con desayuno incluido que cumple perfectamente como un desayuno completo. Hospedarse en Salento es una excelente opción al visitar el eje cafetero, el pueble tiene muchas opciones para comer y está bastante cerca.

Niente di che
Ho soggiornato nella baita e devo dire che a camera è piccola e manca di un armadio e cassettiera. Inoltre non esistono le persiane ma delle ante in legno che lasciano passare l aria e non chiudono bene...la colazione si fa in un ltro posto fuori dal hotel con un tagliandino.

A fuir absolument A notre arrivée pas d’eau pendant plusieurs jours impossible de prendre une douche ou de vider les toilettes Hôtel en bord de route très très brouillant Aucune isolation il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres impossible de dormir juste des volets en bois Et en plus le personnel est désagréable et de mauvais fois. En examinant votre note et sur la base de ce que vous mentionnez, permettez-moi de clarifier ce qui suit, vous avez fait une réservation pour 4 personnes, mais au moment de l'enregistrement, 6 personnes se sont présentées, en raison des conditions de l'hôtel et de la capacité des chambres. est impossible de laisser plus de 2 personnes dans une cabine, par contre ils sont venus avec 4 enfants de moins de 12 ans et les mineurs ne peuvent pas séjourner dans la cabine pour des raisons de sécurité et de politique hôtelière, cette situation a rendu leur séjour dans notre hôtel pas hors de leur goût et c'est de là que vient le désaccord, il est également important de préciser que le personnel de l'hôtel a fait part à l'administration des mauvais traitements infligés par certains de leurs compagnons. L'hôtel dispose de réservoirs de réserve pour les cas de suspension d'eau dans la ville, toutes les chambres de l'hôtel ont des baies vitrées avec des portes en bois et il convient de mentionner que l'hôtel est situé sur une route principale et pour nettoyer les chambres, la carte a été mise en place s'accrocher à la porte et ainsi ne pas entrer dans les chambres sans autorisation ; L'hôtel Panorama Salento s'est caractérisé par un bon service et un traitement exceptionnel avec nos clients et la preuve en sont les commentaires existants. Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension et espérons qu'en cas de nouvelle réservation nous pourrons répondre à vos attentes.

Nieuw, modern, comfortabel hotel met mooie kamers. Fijne douche (jaccusi) en heerlijk bed. Ontbijt is standaard (eieren en toast) 200 metervan het hotel.

Great small new hotel in Salento
A really nice small and brand new hotel in Salento. Spot clean, full of small details. Their staff was really helpful. Their recommendations for food and activities were appreciated. We even got marshmallows when we sat for a second in their garden by a small gas fire. Visit their little sendero at dusk or night :)

El Hotel es nuevo y le faltan ciertos detalles para la comodidad del huesped, por ejemplo calefaccion, el bano de las cabanas la tina es insegura, no hay donde colocar cosas o colgar la ropa, el maquillaje utiles de aseo El hotel es muy lindoooo!!

Espectacular!!
Excelente hotel, muy lindo, boutique y lo sobre todo el servicio de Mariana y Ana María, lo mejor: 1. El servicio 2. Ubicación: a 7 minutos caminando a la plaza principal 3. Tiene parqueadero 4. Desayuno rico con restaurante convenio a 3 minutos 5. Cama y colchón súper descansadores 6. Netflix 7. Neverita 8. Tina con hidromasaje para descansar de las caninatas Por mejorar: 1. Por el precio y estilo boutique se puede mejorar en los amenities ( Shampoo, Jabón, etc) 2. Podrían tener máquinas para tener hielo, tetera y depronto snacks Sin pensarlo volvería y muy recomendado!!
