"Really high-spec hotel and room. All beautifully decorated and presented, including public areas. Young staff on reception were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Our twin apartment was small but top notch and very well equipped. It was handy to be able to get extra items such as pillows, toaster and iron from reception. On first impressions the area this side of the station where the hotel is located was not very nice. However, it was in fact safe and interesting, especially the markets....

"New hotel located in Old town Riga .. walking distance to all main attractions.. Our room had a nice king size bed, spacious bathroom, good AC .. everything very clean .. Bathroom products from Crabtree and Evelyn brand .. Powerful hair dryer . Breakfast is somehow expensive but excellent quality … So many choices .. all you can eat .. It was a surprise for us because in USA is not the same quality .. We highly recommend this facility while visiting Riga "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room was spacious and was easy to regulate temperature. It was also very quiet, except for people in hallway, but it was not an issue that often. Bed was comfortable. Included breakfast was delicious and had huge variety. Location was also good, it was possible to walk to city center, or take a public transport which was also close. "Stay was good. the lady who checked me in wasn't too warm at first. maybe it was her facial expression. the room and bathroom were very spacious for a single room. on the 2nd day there was a power failure in my bedroom, from 3 am. the guy who checked me out was extremely polite and pleasant and helpful. location of this hotel is excellent, right next to Riga Cathedral"

"Good location. Walkable distance from station. Lots of dining option. All tourist places within walking distance. Next to a big shopping centre. Hotel is good with nice breakfast spread. Rooms are spacious. I think bathtub shower is not made properly. Glass partition is not enough to stop water from flowing into the bathroom. May be the partition needs to be extended. Alternatively a shower curtain can be provided"

"Yövyimme Pullman Rigassa 3 yötä. Hotelli on hyvällä sijainnilla, tyylikäs ja rauhallinen. Huone oli siisti ja uusittu, ilmastointi toimiva ja sänky + tyynyt omaan makuumme loistavat. Aamupala ja listalta tilattavat annokset täydellisiä, aamupalaa voin lämpimästi suositella. Hotellin ravintola oli myös loistava ja henkilökunta saa jokaisesta kohtaamisesta täyden 10. Hotellin remontti oli saatu valmiiksi, ilmeisesti jotain pieniä korjauksia vielä oli mutta nämä eivät vierailuun vaikuttaneet....

"Wow, what a hostel - clean, friendly, stylish and so much on offer. Free tea, coffee, water and fresh fruit daily. Great kitchen and common room to relax or cook in and the facilities were great. Communication from the staff was great. It was less than 10 minutes to the coach and train station and 5 minutes to the edge of the old town. Would definitely stay here again "
