"Overall, a good hotel for the price in a great neighborhood. It was clean and well-maintained, and the spa was very nice and beautiful. The staff were friendly, but some information could have been communicated more clearly. When we asked about access to the spa, it was explained in a way that made it sound like the fee was a one-time payment and that we could return as often as we wanted. "The location could not have been more perfect and the staff was incredibly helpful. They arranged for our taxi out at 4:30 in the morning and made sure we had breakfast to go with us. The breakfast was also very good. Pretty much a perfect place for exploring Riga."

"Hotel has a sauna? Didn’t find out until the last day as no one explained the amenities at check in. The room was quite warm and the air conditioning was poor in the room. Parking was a nightmare. Paid for parking for the entire stay yet sometimes the parking was overbooked. On the last night the parking garage malfunctioned and I was stuck in there for over an hour trying to leave. Otherwise it is a nice hotel, the breakfast is really good. But because of everything else I wouldn’t stay here...
