"Le service du tout au tout a été 5 étoiles, on bougeait de ville en ville et ils ont pu réceptionner et garder nos valises le temps qu’on arrive et qu’on parte. Le ryokan est propre, bien aménagé avec de belels décorations, bien isolé, bien situé et avec un petit déjeuner bon et copieux donc c’est un 5/5 pour nous ! Merci à Taka et au staff pour s’être occupé de notre bref séjour Il y a même un jacuzzi que nous n’avons pas pu essayer mais que je conseillerais"

"It was super close to the Shinsaibashi Dotonbori area, and a 5-15 minute Luup (scooter) ride away from most points of interest around town. Very clean, contemporary, basic, but with all the amenities you need in case you forgot your tooth brush, comb or even packaged qtips, nice bed, good adjustable ac, and tons of shops and restaurants within a short walk. "

"We had a nice stay at this place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Responds to messages promptly. They let us check in 2 hrs early as long as no prior tenants on the check in day. Place is conveniently located to a train station, food places and shopping. "

"Overall, a peaceful escape from the city. This is a great place to stay for hiking, nature walks, bouldering and river activities. It's near the station and some bus stops too. I really enjoyed the view from the window. The kitchen is small and there is only a microwave, but it was enough for me. "Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. I also appreciated the shower in bathtub with good water pressure and a good range of toiletries. The shampoo and liquid body wash have a wonderful and calming feel and scent. Hotel even provided pyjamas for guests to use during their stay. Location-wise, the hotel isn’t in the most central of Tokyo areas. Selecting this feature is deliberate - the beauty of the hotel is that it is located slightly outside the busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighbourhood, providing respite after one's senses have been assaulted in the busy areas of Tokyo. It is however an easy 5 to 8 minutes' walk to the nearest subway and JR station and also to restaurants in the neighbourhood and in and around the Tokyo Dome area. The hotel has thoughtfully provided 3 massage chairs in a room at the 3rd floor which, if one is lucky with timing, are available for guests to use. "

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
