"Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean."

"Overall of my stay has been very good, a very clean room, a very comfortable bed, decent breakfast everyday, however, the room that I stayed had a saggy bathroom floor and a noisy love to cook (heavy smell to my room) " late at night" neighbor. "

"The Room: bathroom mirror was dirty Bathroom shelves were dirty Bathroom tub had a black/ dirt ring around it. Refrigerator door was broken Bed sheets were thin and full of itchy pills When checking out, i asked for receipt. Since I booked thru hotels.com, i was told connecting system was down, so I couldn't get receipt. Asked for close approximate of bill total and was given an amount of $155 including taxes and any fees. When i received my email receipt, it was $197! I did get reservation coverage for $10.74, so my bill should have been $155 + $10.74= $165 Not $197."

"Both rooms had issues with cleanliness. First room had lots of hair in the sheets and the second room needed to be vacuumed better. Breakfast on the second day was not very good compared to the first day of my stay. Everything was just ok."

"The inside of my room was clean, but we could not change our tv because we had no remote when we first got there. so they brought us a remote but it did not want to become programmed so we gave up on programming it and just watched the same channel. When I first got in to check into my hot tub room, the gentlemen at the front desk took literally about 20 minutes to get my room situated and get the hot tub room that i paid for. We did in fact end up getting our room after a long wait for myself and the poor man who waited patiently behind me for his room. The hall way on the first floor was a horrible mess. I looked like there was fur, and I mean tons of fur all over the carpet, along with a bunch of crushed up kibble all over the carpet in from of two particular rooms. It was not very aesthetically appealing and looked dirty and unkept. If it wasn't for the room having a clean hot tub I think we would have ran for the hills. "
