"This place is lovely. My daughter and I spent a weekend visiting friends in the area. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. I loved the giant shower. The hotel is right on the hike and bike path and very easy walking distance from shops and restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again next time I visit Abita Springs."

"The lady who checked us in took the time to show us some of the handicapped equipped rooms to make sure that they had what we needed. This helped us pick the right one. This is an excellent example of courtesy and seeking the customer's satisfaction with the hotel."

"Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express (Covington) was wonderful. Rachelle is not only an outstanding AGM, but she ran the breakfast room each morning. It was clean, the food was hot, and she goes out of her way to make each early morning breakfast enjoyable. She just relates to everyone in a remarkable manner."

"The interior of the property is being remodeled from the upper floors down. The staff was very accommodating as I requested a quieter room and they put me in a remodeled suite on the 4th floor. The entire 4th floor looks totally different from the other floors with new carpet and new painted walls. My suite was breathtaking…..so clean and modern and comfortable bed. I had a little noise at night from the strip mall below but it wasn’t bad. Once the remodel is over this will be a great place...

"Ann at front desk was great.. moved rooms to get all close together.. very friendly and efficient.. night auditor Kim was also wonderful.. helped with restaurant choices in New Orleans and some extras we needed...lady at breakfast Sunday want way above normal to be sure that everything was hot and stocked...property was good, but the staff made it great... Dave Stewart New Braunfels, Texas..."
