"This hotel is truly exceptional, from the moment we checked in to (sadly) leaving, it was an absolutely perfect stay. Staff and owner were all gorgeous people - so helpful, friendly and chilled. Bed was super comfy, hotel itself is beautifully bohemian and traditionally Maltese and amenities were a bonus - loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views. "1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. "I was given a room that had windows that could not be opened. The fire alarm went off twice during my 11 days stay and in the very early hours of the morning. The room had a musty smell. All of this when the room costs were nearly £140 per night. Had the staff not been quite friendly and supportive, it would not have been a manageable stay. I would not stay here again.
