"Great location but no notive Hotel was under renovation. Very uncomfortable to have workers outside your door painting and doing other work. Specially with a little kid. I wished I had been notified, because it was a bit uncomfortable."

"Staff was very attentive and location is prime! Room was extra small with a single bed. Honestly, this is my first time seeing a single bed room in a hotel. It felt like staying in NYC. I stayed one night so I don’t mind it. Overall positive experience."

"Bottled water all of the time in prime Paris location. Louvre and Musse d’Orsay short walks away. Tons of restaurants in area of all varieties. Boulangeries in area too to meet anyone’s needs. Metros going to practically anywhere in Paris within 10 minute walk of hotel. "

"We ordered a Junior Suite, for 4 nights, described as having “dizzyingly high ceilings”, about “350 sq ft”, with “unique artwork” and “air conditioning”. Photos showed a sofa or a seating area. We were given room 515, which was in the attic space directly under the roof, with peak ceiling height about 7 feet and sloping straight down to about 3 feet (photo). Most of the space was unusable. Maybe about 150 ft was able to stand up. The sofa was under a 3 foot ceiling & completely unusable. The room was 81F as the sun came straight through the roof windows and there was no AC or any other way to cool the room. The staff refused to help. So we contacted Hotels.com support. After an hour or more with 2 agents at (Expedia) support, nothing was done. Even though this was clearly not a junior suite. By Day 2, it was clearly intolerable to have such a sub standard room, we decided to revisit with the front desk staff. Insisting they move us to a Junior Suite. Eventually (45 minutes) we found a staff member willing to help. All in all we spent 2.5-3.0 hours with staff/support trying to get what we paid for. Awful!"

"Generally not the cleanist. Marks on walls, dusty. Needed a good deep clean! Unhelpful staff, we asked twice for bins to be emptied and no one came! Stayed 5 nights and no one cleaned the room so bins very full as was only provided with a waste paper bin size bin for a kitchen area! There were bin bags in the hall way from other rooms for 2 days! On the day of departure it said we had until 12 to leave and some one knocked on the door at 11 asking if we were leaving!! "

"Room extremely small but clean. Good area for sightseeing, some restaurants. Picture on Expedia of steps leading to building was false; actually to church next door. There is NO RAMP. If one has mobility issues, one has to almost crawl the narrow staircase to reception, then another climb to reach the small lift. Asked for refund but only would give me half, therefore, I had to suffer the consequence or lose money. Only amenities were tea with sweetener. Would never stay here again. Very nice staff."
