The room was warm,unfortunately we were unable to get it cooled down. In fairness, i didn't contact reception. Reception staff was a lovely woman, with very good English. She even had my extra pillow in the the room I would suggest a box toput the room key in,if leaving early as i had to chapthe window to get someone

Used for an overnight stop whilst travelling from Spain to UK. Hotel was shabby and run down. Needs upgrading. Meal in restaurant pretty basic but at a premium price. Would not stay there again.

La chambre était impeccable, très propre, bien aménagée, une bonne douche. Par contre ce mobil home en plein été, sous le soleil, sans climatisation, ne doit pas être très agréable... là nous étions en octobre et content d'avoir un peu de chaleur. Le personnel était très accueillant. Petit bémol au niveau des repas, très peu de diversité au niveau des entrées et surtout des desserts, nous avons eu les mêmes propositions tout au long du séjour, comme dit en particulier au niveau des desserts (un pas de dessert du type pâtisserie, que 3 fruits, malheureusement la plupart du temps pas mures) Le petite déjeuner très bien, beaucoup de choix. Globalement très bon séjour...

La première nuit rien à dire ni pour le personnel, ni pour le service la 2ème nuit changement de réceptionniste pas de réservation internet puisque sur place et à un prix exorbitant quasiment le double pour la même chambre. ..cette dame n'a rien à faire à l'accueil commercial, son style jouer les gros bras n'est pas compatible avec le poste, j'éviterai donc dorénavant l'enseigne, vu l'offre sur le marché....afin d'éviter ce genre de mésaventure.

Bien, mais accueil à revoir

Nous y avons passé juste une nuit. L'hôtel bien qu'un peu vieillot était confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner continental était parfait. Par contre, très mauvais accueil par l'employée de l'accueil qui s'obstinait à me dire que ma réservation n'était pas réglée alors qu'elle l'était. Après s'être rendu compte de son erreur, même pas un mot d'excuse.... Bref, cette cinquantenaire a était l'anomalie de notre séjour.
