Staff more professional than any other marriots in france and even better upgrades than any other marriotts. It was a one day sty, wish i stayed longer. "Excellent stay in Chamonix for our 5 day ski trip. Loved the thoughtful touches such as free coffee, hot chocolate, and water refills. Helpful staff, spotless spa, and very attentive room cleaning and service. Only a short walk to the Sud bus station for ski buses and the Geneva airport bus"

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance."
