Cabin Rentals in Saint Mary

"Review We’ve just spent 10 days here and we’ve honestly enjoyed it so much. I think this hotel is what you make of it, and I do think there’s a difference in expectations from being British compared to what we noticed Americans expecting. Room - we had a bay view and it was so spacious. We had a King bed and doors on the showers (other reviews seemed not to have this?). Housekeeping came everyday and restocked the mini bar (which is also included for free). Balcony was clean and spacious, bed was super comfy - we were really happy. Check in wait time - honestly… I think if you’re a patient person this isn’t an issue. Our room was ready after 30 mins but they gave us our reservation number so we could go and make dining reservations, we also went and sat by the beach and got drinks from the bar. Just because the room isn’t ready doesn’t mean you can’t start the holiday! Reservations - super easy, we made 4 reservations for our 10 day stay. You will struggle to get a booking on the day so I’d just recommend planning two/three days ahead. there was only 2 of us so maybe that made it easier to make bookings? Food quality - the buffet was so much better than anything we’ve had in Europe. At breakfast you can get omelettes cooked to order, and they made fresh pizzas everyday at lunch. "We stayed in cottage 42 which was a garden view/small ocean view. Loved that everyone has their own cottage! The beds were very comfortable and clean/spacious. The pools had amazing views. We were a group of 8 and never had a problem getting chairs. Sometimes we had to share but not a big deal. We were mostly in the water. Staff was awesome! "

"Left the resort on 4/19. My wife and I traveled here to celebrate our 23rd Anniversary! All I can say is “Don’t Stay Here” Hear me Don’t stay here! The only thing this resort has that is keeping them open is the beach. It is beautiful but you have to really look for a decent beach chair. Most of the chairs should have been replaced years ago. The pictures you see online are NOT what this resort looks like in 2026. All sites should request more up to date pictures. The room is horrible! They are old, outdated and need immediate attention asap. The bed takes up all the space in the room. They don’t have refrigerator , they give you an ice bucket but there is no ice machine nor no bottle water. The shower is big enough for one person ONLY. When you step in you can barely turn around. They only provide one power outlet with the others being European fit. The front desk staff has attitude. They are not friendly at all. You have to almost beg for towels. We asked for 2 extra face towels, they gave them but as soon as we left the room, housekeeping came in our room, got the two towels back. When I reported it to front desk, the girl didn’t even look up at me. All she said was I will speak with housekeeping. They are very understaffed and nonchalant of their guests. Food was Okay!! Nothing to brag about. OMG the Pizza Shack. Tell me why you have to make reservations at 7am in order to eat here. We spent most of our time away from the resort just to make the best of or trip. "
