"I had a great time. I love the Morgan Spa Resort. I traveled to St. Maarten this past weekend for the first time and plan on returning. I don't even want to visit a different hotel. I'm just stuck on the Morgan. The food was delicious and pricey but that was expected. My room was very nice and clean. The views from every different angle were amazing! This was the first time visiting St. Maarten and I'm in love. I enjoyed and will return very soon. The Morgan Spa Hotel stole my heart. "
Sonesta Maho Beach All Inclusive Resort Casino & Spa

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort. While St. Maarten and the surrounding islands were beautiful and enjoyable, the resort itself did not meet expectations at all. One of the biggest issues was the lack of room cleaning. We were gone all day and returned expecting the rooms to be cleaned, but they were not. What made it even more frustrating was that the room had been decorated for birthday decor, yet basic housekeeping was still not completed. It felt like the resort focused on appearances but failed to provide the basic service guests expect. The second room on our reservation also had a strong sewer smell, which made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. This should have been addressed immediately, but the front desk was unable to properly get the room situation figured out. The check-in and room assignment process was confusing and poorly handled. On top of that, we were charged extra money for a third person staying in a room that has a maximum occupancy of four people. We were specifically told by guest services that this charge would be removed, but we were charged anyway. That is unacceptable and feels misleading. Overall, my guests and I were not happy with the resort. We enjoyed St. Maarten and the nearby islands, but the service, room issues, housekeeping, and billing problems at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort made the stay frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this resort based on our experience."

"Staff was delightful. Clean and quiet beach front. Not a lot of gluten free food choices if you have celiac, allergy or other food restrictions. Would have liked to have the room cleaned daily but staff was attentive when we asked. Overall, a great experience and we would stay again! "
