"The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!"

"The staff was very helpful, the room was clean with very comfortable beds, the only thing I could say that needs improvement was breakfast, it wasn't kept stalked very well , not because of the worker but because she was over worked having to do a lot of other things at the same time."

Overall, the hotel appears outdated and could really benefit from renovations and better maintenance. I expected a cleaner, more comfortable experience for my stay."

When we first checked in, our room was on the second floor, and even walking down the hallway felt unsafe because there were several soft spots in the floor that made it feel like you could fall through. Once we got into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, so we requested to be moved. The second room didn’t leave a much better impression. "The hotel in itself was good, the staff was AMAZING, but what brought my rating down is the area of town it is in and the prostitution running out of the parking lot. I had two women approach me (a woman) at 4am while I was getting ready to leave the hotel to finish my road trip home asking me if I would like their services. No thank you. Again, the hotel was nice but the area and surroundings were TERRIBLE."

"The room was a very nice size . Plenty of room for stuff. Tv had local channels. Smell of smoke was very potent! Sheets were clean however, the fridge could have used a wipe down, and the tub. Coffee pot carafe was the wrong size so you can’t actually make coffee, but they did have coffee and condiment's for it. Close to downtown and cajundome. Price was exceptional."
