"Very loud noise during night due to cars driving in the high way The coffee shop is expensive and no refills for the coffee"

"The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible."

"Horrible breakfast experience. The two women serving during breakfast were not welcoming at all and displayed very rude behavior. The tables were not cleaned properly, which made the experience even more disappointing. On the other hand, the gentleman working there was excellent—he greeted guests warmly, explained everything clearly, and provided great service. I had previously returned to stay here because of my past experiences, but after this breakfast experience, I do not plan to come...

"There is a parking ramp right next to it, so your car isn’t out in the open and there is plenty of parking. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They have a wider variety of food for breakfast. We left for home before 6:00 and the gal at the restaurant asked if we wanted any breakfast even though it officially didn’t start until 6:30. The rooms were quiet too."

"There were several loose handles in the room, but the room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness center were also nice, would return again."

"Room was not cleaned at all. Bathroom tub, toilet, and floors were absolutely filthy. For the price we paid for our stay, we were completely disappointed."

"Certainly a different kind of experience. Location was convenient, but getting luggage to and from car was a bit challenging. Outdoor garden area was relaxing when the music wasn't blaring. Coffee and water in the lounge was lovely. Very interesting toilet!!! It was definitely easy to hear the folks in rooms above us walking around. The combination closet, refrigerator and coffee service was unusual to say the least."

"I had a great time during my stay. The hotel is across the street from a mall so there is lots of shopping and restaurants. All of the staff I interacted with were extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay again."

"I arrived at the property at 10:30 pm, the parking lot had police cars with lights on and talking to groups of people. I went inside the lobby to check in and was told that my reservation was canceled. I had a reservation for three nights. She said she was sorry and that they had cancelled a lot of reservations and they were all locked up. So I went back out to my car to find another hotel for three nights last minute. When I left there were County Law Enforcement in the parking lot....

"Staff were great. This is an older hotel that was very busy with families. Reasonably priced with good food options if traveling with kids. Personally I would not stay here again."

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."

"The location was good and the place was fine and spacious and creatively decorated. But we were in a suite and there were no linens for the couch bed. I had to ask 4x over several hours before they finally brought them. We also had a problem with a fire alarm beeping and had to ask 3x to get it dealt with. Even after they replaced the battery, it began beeping again so we removed the battery ourselves."
