Did not need maintenance, needed remote batteries. Was told by gentleman at front desk “I cannot help you.” Then said the room could be switched. This is 9:30pm. Would not stay here again."

"5 stars for everything except the bathroom. The lighting is HORRIBLE. There is no regular shower head. The default shower head is a rainfall shower head. You have to reach through the water to adjust the temp/turn on and off so it is impossible not to get your hair wet. If you want to use the handheld attachment instead, the water sprays through a gap in the shower door and water covers the bathroom floor. It's an extremely poor design."
