"We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it."

"Staff wasn't available at check-in or in person or by phone. Smell of marijuana in the hallways. Carpet in hallways and rooms were dirty. Extremely limited breakfast items. Felt unsafe. No locked lobby and shady men walking around. Smoking men were a gauntlet to the entrance. Would not recommend for family stay."
