"We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I was very impressed by the service from the staff, very friendly and helpful. We took the Diamond package, our butlers Dymond and Rodwin made the stay extra comfortable. Our beach butler Casford went out his was to ensure our beach days were comfortable and he brought the vibe. Over the property was lovely, clean and well kept. The food options we a bit limited, most specialty dining were closed and the ones that were opened has the same menu every night, same for the buffet, same menu every night. The pool and beach area needed some tidying up, found it to be a little dirty and unkept. Lots of activities for kids- kids club, park and water park, the staff definitely went out their way for our daughter. Overall great experience and would definitely revisit."
