Séjour correct

Séjour correct. Le studio pour 4 personnes est à rénover car trop ancien malgré que ça fasse le job pour faire à manger. Attention au frigo la nuit qui fait beaucoup de bruit donc les personnes dorment dans le salon cuisine peuvent être déranger. Le club enfant est au top super animateurs et super accueil. Beaucoup de choses à faire à l’extérieur du Belambra avec pas mal de partenariat.

Nous sommes venus pour un court séjour du lundi au vendredi et avons donc profité d’un tarif très avantageux. Le studio était spacieux et avait une vue à tomber.

Séjour très agréable !!

Le personnel est au top, à notre écoute, motivé, une équipe dynamique, souriante et investie. L'emplacement est idéal dans un coin de verdure au bord de l'océan et le chemin pour s'y rendre est très facile. Le studio était propre et bien équipé. Le lit était très confortable. Un bac de tri pourrait être rajouté dans les logements et je dirai que le seul petit bémol est de devoir faire le lit soi-même et avec deux draps plats et une couette mais rien d'insurmontable 😉Séjour très agréable à refaire !!

A éviter

Enregistrement au chek-in: 1h d'attente! Manque de personnel et désorganisation totale, aucune présentation d'excuses pour l'attente, on vous propose une grenadine à l'eau du robinet... Studio extrêmement exigu à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Chambre sale et équipements de mauvaises qualités, mal insonorisée, mal isolée, travaux réalisés de mauvaises qualités, patio ensablé, coin cuisine présence d'insectes rampants. Hôtel non entretenu. WIFI PAYANT alors que sur l'annonce en ligne il est stipulé GRATUIT!!! Pas de place dans les 2 parking. Activités inintéressantes, 1 seule piscine trop petite pour les 950 personnes de l'hôtel. Le terrain de volley est mytique. Accueil fermée une grande partie de l'après midi, odeur de cuisine (graillon)dans le hall de l’hôtel tous les soirs, laverie envahie de moustique et sale, pas de climatisation, personnel au courant de rien, surveillance de la piscine par le maître nageur (professionnel des mots fléchés...) seulement jusqu'à 16h30! et encore et encore... Bref, à éviter absolument ce n'est clairement pas un Belambra et encore moins un hôtel. Seul point positif; son emplacement.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Zimmer zu gewiesen , welches voll mit hunderten von Mücken und Fliegen war. Außerdem trat uns ein ekelhafter Geruch entgegen in diesem Zimmer. Haben uns sofort beschwert und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.Trotzdem konnte man in der Nacht das Fenster nicht öffnen, da sonst die Mücken ins Zimmer geflogen wären. Die Toilette stank bei der Ankunft fürchterlich und war viel zu klein, sodass man beim sitzen die Tür nicht schließen konnte. Die Betten waren zu klien. In der Küche ist kein Backofen vorhanden.

Vacances d'une semaine en famille avec deux enfants en club. Le club est superbe et mérite un 10/10 sans aucun souci. Personnel au top, et très professionnel. Nos enfants ont passé une superbe semaine.

Séjour en famille au calme : établissement idéalement situé entre la mer et la forêt, le golf et la thalassothérapie, centre ville facilement accessible à pieds. Garde d'enfants incluse. S'il n'y a pas mieux à coté !!!

Tout d'abord le club Belambra n'avait pas notre réservation faites dix jours auparavant...apparement c'est un problème qu'ils ont régulièrement avec Hotel.com ( personnellement, je réserve très souvent via ce site et n'ai jamais eu de soucis mais le club n'aime pas trop les intermédiaires....) Donc je ne sais pas si j'ai eu une chambre correspondant à ma réservation mais toujours est il que la chambre double s'est avérée être le 'BZ' comme lit double. Tout est petit; le lit, la pièce principale, la salle de bain... L'étanchéité de la porte fenêtre est à revoir car une fois la tempête passée, le bruit de soufflerie était toujours présent (sauf porte ouverte...!) D'autre part pour une nuit étape pas chère proche de la plage et de la ville ça va, sinon si vous aimez la tranquilité, le calme, les petites structures et être loin de la foule: fuyez !!!
