It has an excellent restaurant, with mainly organic and / or locally sourced produce. Hadn't planned to travel for dinner but appreciated the restaurant reservation in Perigeux at Hercule Poireau (cave) restaurant, great atmosphere, personable staff and beautifully presented, delicious cuisine. ."
