"Hotel can not be closer to the train station - and that’s a good point. Hotel is clean - room perfectly quiet even there was a sport event in St-Etienne with young athletes and clubs in the hotel. Breakfast is perfectly dressed and people are very helpful to answer our questions. Nothing could be better ! I would be pleased to come back."

"I rarely give scathing reviews, but our trip included harassement from the hotel manager and I want to make sure our experience doesn't go unnoticed. The booking was a work trip for my husband. The manager gave a different space heater that was also not sufficient for the room. We called Expedia for...

"Above this place at all costs, Not clean at all. The room smells of body odour, and the toilet and shower area smells like rotten eggs. Bed sheets are not clean still hair every where and the blankets still had stains. Actually I don’t think it was ever changed from the previous guest’s stay. I do understand it’s a budget-friendly hotel, But I would not recommend it even if it was for free. I would suggest you go sleep on the road or man up just sleep in your car."
