"My wife and I have been wanting to stay at the Hotel de la Marine for almost 20 years, since we ate at the restaurant there. Our stay of a single night was quite special. The excellent and friendly staff arranged a sea-view room for us and we were delighted with our views over la manche. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food lived up to our previous expectations. Whole crab, followed by Dover sole and lobster linguine.....and an excellent bottle of Quincy vin blanc. "Converted farmhouse built in 1715. Quaint historic village dating back over a thousand years with a beautiful church directly across the street built in the 12th century. The owners provided a very nice breakfast each morning. Not-to-be missed experience. "

"The shower need a squeegee or secondary drain for the excess water that formed outside the shower area. The room was comfy and well stocked for our stay, however!"
