"Our first trip to Jamaica (April 13–19) at Ocean Coral Spring was largely a great experience with one major issue. The resort is beautiful, with a grand entrance and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are friendly, though more reserved and on “island time.” We stayed in a spacious, clean suite with a comfortable bed, double-head shower, balcony swing, hot tub, and a lovely partial ocean view—perfect for peaceful mornings and evenings. "The staff are great, friendly but they are lacking in the cleaning, my friends room and my room had bed bugs. After reporting they changed our room but if we didn’t had a picture to proof it they would kept us on the same room. "
