The room was lovey and clean and we had tea coffee facilities, fresh towels and shampoo and shower gels. The breakfast was delicious for the money too. We would definitely revisit this hotel for the money we paid. The bus stop to Edinburgh city centre was right outside the hotel down some steps and ran very frequently. It only took 15 minutes to princess street and you could get to the Royal mile near the castle and there 10 minutes walk. Really good location and 100 value for money. "
