"Beds were not as advertised nor sleeping arrangement. Many things were not available either such as pool and sauna. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for. Very dissapointed. You advertised many things that were not true."

"cela fait la troisiĂšme fois que nous venons dans cet hĂŽtel qui est toujours trĂšs bien.
Seul petit bĂ©mol , cette fois-ci, la terrasse quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s nâĂ©tait pas propre (coques de pistache un peu partout , chaises pas propre et pas rangĂ© .
Dommage pour 5 Ă©toiles.
ainsi que la salle de fitness ou plusieurs appareils sont en panne ou défectueux vraiment
Dans lâappartement, poubelle dĂ©fectueuse et pomme de douche avec une piĂšce manquante et pas de pression.
Câest vraiment dommage pour...
