"Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador. One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it. "The Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes is a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautifully and comfortably decorated. It’s a peaceful oasis amidst a busy city. We very much enjoyed the outdoor terrace and the spa. The hotel is located in the Chartrons neighborhood on the North side of Bordeaux.
