Basic hotel located as a resting spot for visiting chateaux de la loire. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but served our purpose.

Too basic for our liking. It was a nice, roomy accessible room but had limited amenities. There were 2 bath towels but no hand towel. No kleenex. No hairdryer. Few dining options. The Asian buffet that was recommended was very expensive. We did not require an all-you-can-eat buffet.

The room served it purpose for an overnight stop. Bathroom had a strong bleach smell. Lots of grab bars. Room felt like a private hospital room. Not at all homely. Very sparse and clinical.

Après un accès catastrophique....la suite correcte

Problèmes à l arrivée.... Sur ma feuille, ouverture à 14h, sur la porte ouverture à 17h.. Beaucoup de bagarres avec l automate qui ne trouvait pas ma réservation... Trop d attentes et d explications non suivies de résultats rapidement... Bref, je n ai pas apprécié et ne serait pas prête à renouveler l'expérience .. Désolée pour vous...

Hôtel calme propre et excellent accueil

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel en bon état, chambre propre, très bonne literie. Une douche avec de la pression et en bonne état (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autre chaîne d'hôtel du même type). Hôtel très calme et bien isonorisé. Le réceptionnaire est très sympathique, excellent accueil. Seul bémol, le manque de place de parking, j'ai été obligé de me garer à l'extérieur la 2ème nuit (mais aucune conséquence). Je recommande cet hôtel

Une très bonne nuit , confort +++

Arrivée tard dans la nuit , aide de la personne via l’interphone pour entrer, machine un peu compliquée mais tout s’est bien terminé. Petit déjeuner très bien, confort de la literie super ! Chambres très belles , pression de l’eau de douche parfaite , rien à redire !

Séjour agréable

Petit déjeuner comme j'aime même si les fruits frais et variés de saison manquent à l'appel. Belle chambre spacieuse, propre, agréable. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Le seul bémol, dans le couloir lorsque l'on sort de l'ascenseur au 4ème étage, il y a une odeur peu agréable mais probablement cela est dû à la moquette qui a peut être fait son temps ?

L'hôtel répond à ses missions fondamentales. 2 points à revoir : 1/ à quand des verres plutôt que des gobelets en carton emballés dans du plastique dans les chambres ? 2/ pourquoi pas de respect du "ne pas déranger" ? je le mets sur ma porte car je n'ai pas besoin qu'on fasse mon lit tous les jours et les 2 jours, ma chambre a été faite. De +, on connait la pression mise sur les femmes de chambre, autant faire baisser facilement sa charge de travail !
