"We had a wonderful stay. Great location and a quick drive over the bridge to Anna Maria Island. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We really enjoyed our balcony marina view and spotted manatees! The pool was a good size and not too crowded with attentive pool side service. "We loved our stay at Zota!
The beach was one of our favorite parts—clean, calm, and not crowded at all. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was perfect.
The food was excellent, much better than we expected, and the service throughout our stay was warm and friendly.
A small issue came up with our final bill, but the hotel handled it professionally, and we really appreciated their prompt help."

"The Mr. and I checked into Kompose Hotel in Sarasota for a little mini vacation, and our stay has been nothing short of wonderful. Ana and Pavel have both gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been perfect, and their exceptional hospitality truly made us feel welcome.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are modern, cozy, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was that our dog was able to join us, making our getaway even more special.

"The water in the shower didn’t have enough pressure and we had to call maintenance for assistance due to the shower being defective and the tub was clogged. The room and the hotel looked old in appearance like it hasn’t been renovated in a long while. We didn’t use the pool but it was very small. Breakfast was okay. I think the price is fair for what you get. The staff was attentive tho."

"I stayed on the first floor, very quiet even though it was facing the parking lot entrance. Microwave, refrigerator, clean, large TV. Easy access to shower.

"Everything was great! Things to think about before you book. Ask if your rental is on the beach side or across the street. I didn’t realize there were both, and get two rooms if you need them. The pull out couch is not comfy even for kids. None of this was the fault of Cedar Cove just trying to help out the next person. Overall very satisfied!!!"
