A great place for anyone

Quiet, very clean, nice big rooms that offers lots of space. Great amenities like a coffee machine, ice bucket, a fridge, a microwave and even bathrobes. Plus, a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. I will go back there.

Very helpfull staff, always with a smile, quiet, near shopping center and restaurant at walking distance but a car would be easier. We appreciated to be near ( few km) the Nature Park ( Rivière du Moulin) and relaxed after a country skiing day in the hotel pool and spa.

The reservation and check-in were easy and perfect. We were delighted with the service, menu choices, and food prep at the Tomahawk restaurant. We were disappointed that for the price of the room, breakfast was not included.

Playing in the snow has never been better.

Went on a family snowmobiling trip. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day on the trails. The restaurant had 5 star service and the food was so amazing we never had to venture outside for any meals. We look forward to coming back before the snowmobile season ends.

Poor Value for Money

Almost $250 per night is way too expensive for a three star motel. Room was cleaned only once during a four night stay. Fit and finish are dated. Ground floor room had a sliding door which could not be locked. Fitness centre was adequate.A/C was poor. Restaurant was quite good.

Friendly personnel and clean hotel. The problem is the sauna. It was the most inefficient I've seen. Probably the installer has no clue about any physic rules of the heat. The heater on the sealing doesn't warm up the room at the feet level at whole. Spend about 20 min, but no pleaser.

The room had a view on the indoor pool. This was very noisy until 10 pm and it made the room dark. Room was okay. Plenty of parking space. Beds are not made every day. When we returned the second day the cleaning staff removed the empty bottles that we assembled in a bag. They were not in a dustbin. When checking out I mentioned that I did not think this was correct. I know it has minimal value but they only should throw things away that are in the dustbins. The receptionist had zero empathy. No excuse nothing. Only that he would mention it.

This is our third (fourth?) time at this property and we got to first time experience their bizarre policy of switching the Internet password without notification. Worse yet the front desk staff didn't know the policy. No big deal, but weird. The property still needs a face lift, the roads in/out especially; ugly potholes, etc. The room was fine, the staff did their best...
