I had bad experience with staff attitude upon arrival. The next day new staff were A1. I contacted the manager a few times before getting a call back. He was very polite, apologized and told me that the staff received extra training in order to fix further issues. The place itself was pretty clean, room was comfortable and tidy. Gym was also clean. My kids enjoyed the pool and my wife loved the spa.
