"We had the best stay in KESA hotel. The location was superb, it was closeby with most place we wanted to visit which has been super helpful as everything was walkable. The whole experience has been great. We'll stay here again for sure!"
"I stayed here for a few days for a conference and wanted something central but easy to get around. The hotel is close to Telok Ayer and Raffles Place MRT stations. There are lots of eating and drinking options around - Lau Pa Sat food court is only a couple of blocks away. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served in a cafe behind the hotel, that offers several good options. The decor is a mix of traditional and modern. Room was small but well laid out, modern and clean."

"Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. "
