No doubt the best hotel in Safranbolu

Superfriendly and welcoming staff. Good beds. The shower can be a challenge to enter as you have to climb into a bath tub.

I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable. The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view.

The property is great. Staff are friendly and trying to help. Room size great and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean. The dinner at hotel’s restaurant was not good quality. Unfortunately, the food didn’t taste good.

Nice staff. However, the room did not seem thoroughly cleaned as I found a razor behind the towel in the bathroom and some kind of velcro strap for phone charger in the bed; none of these belonged to us. Furthermore, very responsive, you could hear the wheel noise from suitcases or the cleaning cart; both in the room and in the bathroom.

Hilton Garden inn is located in a comparatively ok location but next to a school. rooms are small yet clean. breakfast was good and sufficiently different options were available. hotel personnel are welcoming, warm and helpful..the only issue i experienced was that indoor pool was not clean, construction work was going on and workers coming and going at 9 pm! door was open and the pool area get cold for sure. dry and steam sauna both were not working...rest was ok

We booked one night at the hotel for a King bed accessible room with 431sq ft size on Jan 31-Feb 1. However, the front desk staff assigned us to a much smaller king bed room with only 269 sq ft size. We were told something like “the rooms were same or something like not available “. We didn’t realize until we checked into the room. It’s much smaller than we expected. The only reason we booked this hotel is its king bed accessible with large size room listed on its reservations and we paid for it. We talked to a manager next day and we were told he would look into what happened, but we haven’t heard anything from the hotel since then. Very disappointing experience.
