"It is a very nice property but one that is only good for a couple to stay or with little kids. Property contracts were nice enough to respond immediately when the AC unit didn’t turn on initially and work. They gave us extra blankets when requested as it got colder in the night. "This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. "

"Great location right off Main Street but away from the crowds. Food options were very limited for non-meat eaters. We would have loved to have dinner at the beautiful restaurant in the hotel but it was very meat-oriented. The rooms are basic but very nice, and designed almost Nordic-style (like Iceland). The hospitality was incredible! The staff were exceptionally friendly and are there to make your stay great. The iced coffee drinks at the "Pharmacy" were delicious! "

"Short walk to everything on Main Street, but far enough off to be quiet and pleasant. The back units are in a wooded area near the creek. It's sort of a cross between an old-style motel and cabins. We always enjoy our stays at the Peach Tree Inn."

"The only issue I have is it seems when I arrive there's no one at the front desk so that I can check in. I wish the front desk had something to notify them that I or someone else is waiting so I'm not standing there for ten minutes or more. Other than that, I've always enjoyed my stay. Having a balcony is a huge plus and I always enjoy sitting outside watching the traffic. At night though because the heat is brutal. "
