"Friendly staff, room was clean, tidy and well appointed. Hotel was perfectly positioned for the Opera House, Royal Palace and Cathedral, all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, eggs freshly cooked for you."

"The location is superb! Literally walking distance from anything you would wish to visit in madrid, a lot of nice restaurants nearby and safe neighborhood. The room was very clean but very small. My only issue to take care of is that there was no dark curtains in my room, i wake up because of the sun at 7am! Also the sink is so tiny not practical at all"

The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"When I checked in, there was a very friendly and helpful receptionist from the Philippines. I do not remember her name. However, the service from her was really good. She helped me figure out where I wanted to go and and she took a lot of time just to make sure that I felt confident in the city of Madrid. She’s really a good staff person to keep. Thank you so so much!!!"

"Level Lounge was well worth the premium price. Junior suite was a well-appointed spacious and clean room but had some issues with the jetted tub and shades functionality. Staff was excellent and helpful. Great location, walkable to many restaurants."
