"Very nice hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The drinks are unlimited but they're not really good. The food is very good in general, the rooms are wide and comfy. The bed is a little too soft, feels like a water bed. The spa inside the hotel has very good prices and is honestly excellent. The facilities by the beach are worn out and makes it a little uncomfortable, but it's still a very good hotel to spend a couple days. "

"From waiting in front of the hotel ungreeted for someone to pickup my luggage, to poor room selection. Tasteless repeated food menu. Faulty elevators with no door sensors. Weak room doors with large gaps allowing wind and dust. Insects falling from the roof to the balcony. Noisy weak refrigerator."

"Everything was fantastic from the moment we check in until we checked out . Rooms are spacious , property has multiple restaurant options. Food was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our 9 days. The hotel is very quite and perfect for relation . We did go to the beach in the morning and spent time at the pool side in the afternoon . The place is very nicely manicured garden and you can smell and see bunch of nice jasmine trees and hibiscus Pool staff was extremely helpful to open your umberalla and help you situate They have various entertainment nightly. The only issue I have they didn’t play any Arabic songs. When you are in Egypt you want to hear some local music. It is a must see place for singles , couples and families with children "
