The staff was very unfriendly, with added restrictions of my daughter not being allowed to visit me in the room. The room was ok, but the web site picture (one main reason i choose that location) was not even close to the reality. I will not be staying at that location EVER again.

Simple. Affordable. Quiet.
Motel 6 always delivers on exactly what it's meant for: a room with decent wifi, a working heater, hot water and a comfortable bed. You can't go wrong with that. Plus they allow pets, so that's always a good thing.

MONDAY stay was secure and okay!
it was fine! it was quiet and i was informed if any one came to see me and i appeciated the young gentlemen who called to my room just to be on the safe side before letting my friend in. Genuine thanks,you never know these days. much appreciated!!

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly, professional and polite. She even called the room after id been there for about 20 minutes to make sure everything was good.

Comfy stay
Customer service was on point. Requested a blanket when we arrived and the night clerk brought one to me. He called the room right after check in to see if i needed anything. Really appreciate that the grounds were gated to keep the undesirables out.

The property was very clean, we checked thoroughly and saw no bugs or any other things to be concerned about. The parking lot is gated and our car was safe. The rooms were very noisy, we were about 50ft from the freeway, and the other tenants were loud, playing music at 2 in the morning. The beds were 6inch mattresses and very hard.

This is terrific Hotel. Management and Staff are always helpful. I had problems with another hotel. The Manager, here, understood and over-rode the DDR. I have never told that I cannot stay at a hotel. It's all so very secret and confident. The guest is literally left out in cold, with no clue and explanation. I hate that about this New Era. Secrecy for Secrecy's-sake. This capriciousness seems so ubituqutious, like that Sheena Easton song, "The Spy who Loved Me." Here, I'm treated like a 007. I love that. Thank you.

Sadly, my worst stay at motel 6
The owner/manager was amazing, very hospitable and kind. My check in was good, and unfortunately, that's where it ended. Not once in a week did the maids knock to check on us, and when i swapped my towels out at the office, they only gave me enough for one person, when they had us at 2 guests. Then, last night, some random employee knocked and asked to check on our dogs ... And this morning was so horrible, the girl at the counter was rude, had a horrible attitude, raised her voice and was very condescending, and only gave me half of my deposit due to a towel being dirty, it was the towel for the floor, and had dust on it! She refused to give me a receipt for it, and wouldn't call the manager. I would not keep this girl on, as she refused to extend 2 long term stays while i waited for my deposit, losing the owner money for sure. I would recommend letting the girl who was working this morning go, she is not only rude to all the customers, yelling and interrupting them, but also costing this business money.

I've been staying at this hotel for about once a week now for a month for work. It's a great location for me easy access to the highway good places all around it not too many undesirables around. The staff is always really friendly and overall the place is pretty clean and I never had any complaints really other than you know I think having to have $100 deposits a little ridiculous if you have a card on file anywhere but I get it I understand why it's necessary

So for it being what it was, a place to sleep and shower while in town for a family party, i will say for the price it was very decent. There were no luxuries, but its Motel 6, so i wasnt expecting any. The young woman who checked us in was quick, profecient and nice. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the shower worked well! I've had quite a few rooms in various motels/hotels with subpar showers, so ot was great to have one that didnt back up with water! Anyways, if you need a place to lie your head at night, it's perfectly fine! It's not exactly quiet due to the freeway, but we had no problem falling asleep!

Choose somewhere else. The staff is horrible.
The lady at the reception desk was incredibly rude. She acted like she was doing me a favor allowing me to stay there. Our room was against the freeway and it was incredibly loud all night. You could hear every car when they went by.

I love this place. It's centrally located, it's across the street from one of my favorite local restaurants, Brookfields. Scandia for someone else's kids, and a warm embrace from management. It seems family -operated; and, everytime I say here, I'm greeted with smiles and a genuine desire to help. The basics: well-managed, well-maintained and secure. I feel safe and pampered.
