The owner/manager was amazing, very hospitable and kind. My check in was good, and unfortunately, that's where it ended. Not once in a week did the maids knock to check on us, and when i swapped my towels out at the office, they only gave me enough for one person, when they had us at 2 guests. Then, last night, some random employee knocked and asked to check on our dogs ... And this morning was so horrible, the girl at the counter was rude, had a horrible attitude, raised her voice and was very condescending, and only gave me half of my deposit due to a towel being dirty, it was the towel for the floor, and had dust on it! She refused to give me a receipt for it, and wouldn't call the manager. I would not keep this girl on, as she refused to extend 2 long term stays while i waited for my deposit, losing the owner money for sure. I would recommend letting the girl who was working this morning go, she is not only rude to all the customers, yelling and interrupting them, but also costing this business money.
