This hotel is our favorite go to when in Sacramento. It is clean, roomy, nice bed, friendly/courteous staff, and yummy breakfast. They have remodeled and the room was very pretty. The parking lot feels safe, even at night. Really nothing bad to say. One thing: the landscape lighting along the entrance pathways needs to be tilted, it shines right into people's eyes when walking along and is super blinding/bright at night; may cause someone to trip.

The hotel offered an overall satisfactory experience. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great; however, the downside included parking charges and ongoing construction on one of the hotel floors during my stay.

The hotel was dirty, the bed had dirty linen and the service was unpleasant and arrogant. My planned 60th birthday evening with my wife was seriously disrupted.

Family Thanksgiving visit
Stayed here due to family trip for Thanksgiving. Location was convenient. Facility was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and staff kind and helpful. Did NOT care for having to pay to park there, was not caught prior to booking and will look for this going forward. Was told it was “customary” to have this charge, but did not see it at other hotels around the area and were surprised by this charge. 😬 The turkeys escaped the dinner table at the Hyatt and we got a good laugh over this!

This is a clean & comfortable hotel & we have stayed here a number of times. However, the property has added a parking fee even though there is nothing special about the standard parking surrounding the hotel. It just feels like a way for them to grab more money. I despise all the hidden fees in today's world.

Excellent manager. She was extremely friendly and looked like she enjoys her job. The food was very nice withe real plates, glass glasses and silverware!!! The shower was fantastic! We were really impressed with everything! Thank you all for an excellent stay!

Picture are not the same as real time!! Our refrigerator did not work. Our rooms were not connecting although they did put us next to each other!! Staff was amazing and breakfast was good!! Xtra parking $ 👎
