LOVED the reading lights on the headboard. Only complaint because I always have to put one so you know its a real review, I felt that the shower bath combo was a little small ( like bath is only meant for a child) would have preferred just a larger walk in shower

There is a walking trail a block away. It feels safe for a morning walk. Lots of food options. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of room for our team to hang out in the lobby.

Breakfast was good every day. Keys for the room did not work all the time and needed them replaced 3 of 5 days. Difficult to get housekeeping services on 3 of 5 days.

We staied in the suite with our boys. There was so much room for them to eun around in. The beds were comfortable. I just wish we git to utilize that enormous bathtub!!!

Free night is expensive
This stay was to be an earned, free night from Hotels.com Rewards. However, it turns out I was expected to pay taxes, $28 and a WHOPPING $70 pet fee in this "Pet Friendly" hotel. One night $70 fee to allow my dog to stay in the room. Not a deposit against damage but an actual levied fee!!! No where could I find mention of this fee in Hotels.com booking nor on the hotels website. Poor communications by Hotels.com and a rip off by Holiday Inn. Not at all happy with my free night reward.
