Hello Sigrid,Im sorry that your stay did not go as planned and that you had some issues with the staff ans well as some other areas of the hotel. I will reveiw these with the team so that we can strive to do better.Our hotel policy is that we do secure an "authorization" for any incidentals during your stay but once you check out that authorization is released. Some banks take longer than others unfortunately and we do not have control over that. We can understand the frustration with this since all industries do it and it can add up. Getting Gas, Restaurants and Car Rental agency all authorize and depending on your bank could take a little shorter or longer. Thank you again Sigrid for voicing your concerns.
