"We were staying in the annex which is about a block away from the main hotel. The annex is on a very busy street close to the Spanish Steps but it was great to sit on the (tiny) balcony and enjoy the lively atmosphere, noise was not a problem. The room was pretty small but looked recently renovated, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the annex. The location is fantastic with most of the popular sites very walkable."

Beatriz, Alice, and Sopia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were warm, professional, and always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay feel special, and we truly appreciated how attentive they were to every request. During our stay there was a transit strike and Beatriz again went above and beyond to assist us with rebooking trains and transportation during this difficult time. Thanks to their care, we felt completely at home and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Una Hotel to anyone visiting Rome, and we look forward to returning!"
