"Our stay at the Hibird Hotel in Puerto Rico was fantastic. Lara welcomed us with exceptional service upon arrival, and Hector made sure our entire visit was smooth and memorable. The Pure Bar staff were friendly and made our evenings enjoyable. Gym is in great condition! Great location with easy access to Condado’s fine dining and just a short Uber ride to Old San Juan. Highly recommend!"

"Si te quedas aquí habrás tomado una buena decisión yo me quede una semana del 2 de junio al 8 y todo estuvo perfecto el personal que te atiende muy amables todos el aire y las regaderas funcionan muy bien estaba muy caliente afuera pero cuando llegaba a mi cuarto esté muy confortable la alberca en la terraza estaba muy cool todo me pareció perfecto la TV no trabajo muy bien pero lo demás me gusto bastante si voy a San Juan me volveré a quedar aquí sin pensarlo súper recomendable.. gracias...

"The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast from the restaurant downstairs was so good and the coffee was delicious. Overall our stay was great. The only thing I can think of that was bad was the parking. They charge $30 per day for “valet” parking which is literally right in front of the entrance. You can try to park outside of the hotel but it’s very hard to find anything available and you run the risk of getting a ticket which unfortunately happened to us the first night. "Everything about this hotel is so charming. The hotel is in a great area walking distance from many delicious restaurants. The area is not overly touristy. We loved the decor from the movement we walked in and the staff was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was ideal for my husband and I. I would recommend this property and will be staying here again. "

"I loved this hotel! I went for a solo trip - my first time ever going anywhere alone. I felt absolutely safe and comfortable. "This is the only hotel we have stayed in that made us feel at ease and relaxed. This hotel is in the middle of major tourist attractions, but never made us feel touristy or exposed. "The hotel is beautiful in the middle of Old San Juan. We chose the standard room. There was no window, but we loved it. Bed is super comfortable. Staff is super sweet and helpful. One staff, wish I had taken her name, told us about parking. There is no free parking. She informed us about the least expensive parking. Across the street The Armas Plaza is being renovated.
