"Family run, I was overwhelmed with the kindest of the owners and the staff. So helpful and it was genuine. Lovely, lovely people and there are quirky things around the hotel, books, cards, games etc ! It was like home from home: It was such a wonderful stay, that I extended my holiday again and again In addition the evening menu and breakfast was exceptional, every time. Nothing was too much bother and it really made my holiday in Saas Fee a brilliant one. The evening meals are superb....

"We had never been to Saas-Fee. We choose Hotel Allallin because it is close to bus station. When we arrived the hostess was so helpful. We told her we wanted to hike. She gave us good directions. She gave us the Saas Tal card which gave us free use of the cable cars. She suggested that we should have time that afternoon to do a second hike."

"Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel."
